Our family started La Imperial Bakery with a prayer, a fantastic Cuban Sandwich, and a slice of Guava and Cheese Pie. Throughout these past years we’ve had the honor of meeting, working, laughing, and forming a community with some of the best people Lakeland has to offer. However, with tears in our eyes, we must announce that Saturday, August 12th, was our last day. As Christian’s we believe that God has a plan for us and recently God made it clear that it was time to close this chapter and follow Him onto the next. Every single member of our team leaves with their heads held high and the knowledge that we gave our little corner of Main Street everything we had.

Lakeland, you have taught us more than we ever imagined possible.
